Social Media services

When you buy one of the products you have the rights to use those images for the length of your subscription, although the copyright remains with Louise Goodridge T/A GoodForever.

If paying by Credit or Debit card your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. 

If paying by PayPal you will receive an email with a PayPal link to set up subscription payments. 

Your subscription is not valid unless payment is received.

If you buy a support package you will receive support for the length of your subscription - support packages are renewed on a monthly basis.

You will need to provide me with access rights to your Facebook page and an email list if you wish to use the support packages.  You will be responsible for GDPR permissions being granted on your lists.

If you buy a support package where I will be posting your branded images on social media I will need your logo (or I can make one for you), your email/booking site/website details to include on your branding.  Any images you supply to me must be copyright free or you have the right to use.

Ownership of the Products cannot be shared or bought as a consortium or group. Purchases are on an individual basis and a login relates to the purchaser only. In the event that I receive evidence of logins being shared or products being purchased on a group basis, with a view to sharing logins I will cancel all access to all products with immediate effect for the individuals concerned, with NO refund.

Equipment

Telephone/Zoom support is provided with equipment purchased for set-up.  Contact Louise at louise@goodforever.co.uk to schedule a call.

If you are unsure what equipment you need, please contact Louise to help before you purchase.

Refunds - if the equipment you purchase does not meet your needs, you can return it for a refund of the equipment.  Postal charges will not be refunded.

Zoom support calls - your fee will be refunded if your problem is not fixed.
