45 minute chair based exercise class

The routine is 15 tracks including a warm up and cool down with sing-along tracks which engage body and brain to help older persons with hand eye co-ordination, balance, muscle strength and memory.  Files include videos showing a full class as well as individual tracks.  

Written notes and explanation videos for all tracks.

3 new tracks will be released every 2 months to update your class.
